| Warranty Registration The STHAC guitars come with a 10 years warranty. To benefit
from the guarantee, the purchaser must send the completed warranty registration
to STHAC within a month of purchase. The warranty is applicable only
to the first private purchaser (if the guitar is resold, the new owner
cannot be considered as a first purchaser). The warranty may be transferred
to the new owner for a fee to include the cost of STHAC examining the
instrument. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect, even if it
is not obvious to the purchaser at the time of delivery. It does not,
of course, cover any damage that may occur through normal use, wrong
use or storage in an inappropriate place. In the case of any dispute,
STHAC reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity
of the warranty. |

Enregistrement de garantie Les guitares STHAC sont garanties 10 ans. Pour bénéficier de la garantie, l’acheteur se doit de renvoyer le bon de garantie dûment rempli à la société STHAC dans le mois qui suit l’achat. La garantie n’est applicable qu’au premier acheteur privé (le revendeur ne peut etre considéré comme premier acheteur). La garantie peut etre transférable après expertise payante auprès de STHAC. La garantie couvre tout défaut de fabrication même s'il ne peut être observé par l’acheteur lors de la livraison. Elle ne couvre évidemment pas les détériorations pouvant survenir pour cause d'usure normale, de mauvaise utilisation ou stockage dans un lieu non approprié. En cas de litige, seul STHAC pourra trancher sur le bien-fondé de la garantie. |
